AngelSite provides website audits, AI-assisted upgraded previews, launch support, ongoing updates, hosting or deployment support, and related services.

You must be able to form a binding agreement and use AngelSite only for lawful business or personal purposes. If you use AngelSite for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You are responsible for the websites, URLs, copy, images, logos, trademarks, files, prompts, instructions, and other materials you submit or connect to AngelSite.

You grant AngelSite permission to access, process, copy, analyze, transform, display, store, and use your submitted materials as needed to provide, operate, support, and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit those materials and to authorize us and our service providers to process them.

AI-assisted previews and generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, design issues, code issues, accessibility gaps, or inaccurate suggestions.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving any generated site, copy, design, deployment, or update before using it publicly.

AngelSite may modify, refuse, or remove content or projects that violate these terms, third-party rights, platform policies, or applicable law.

Some AngelSite features are free, while launch, hosting, maintenance, update batches, or other services may require payment.

Prices, plan details, discounts, and billing intervals are shown at checkout or in the product. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the selected payment method.

Subscription fees renew until canceled. You can cancel future renewals as described in the product or by contacting us. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

You may not use AngelSite to break the law, infringe rights, mislead people, distribute malware, send spam, scrape or attack the service, bypass security controls, overload infrastructure, or generate harmful, deceptive, abusive, or illegal content.

You may not reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit AngelSite except as allowed by a written agreement with us.

AngelSite depends on third-party services for hosting, analytics, authentication, payments, AI processing, storage, deployment, domains, and other infrastructure.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. AngelSite is not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

AngelSite and its software, designs, workflows, branding, templates, and technology are owned by AngelSite or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use the final deliverables we provide to you for your own website and business purposes.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep AngelSite reliable, but the service may be unavailable or degraded from time to time.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including outages, provider issues, network problems, or changes to third-party platforms.

AngelSite is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that audits, recommendations, generated output, designs, code, deployments, SEO results, accessibility results, traffic, revenue, or business outcomes will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AngelSite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to AngelSite for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.

You may stop using AngelSite at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, fail to pay amounts owed, or use the service in a way that may harm us, users, third parties, or the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of AngelSite after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
